In this role, you will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You’ll help transform complex client needs into clear, actionable solutions that drive real value.
You will:
- Partner with clients and internal teams to understand business needs
- Translate requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Support the design, development, and delivery of web portal solutions
- Ensure solutions are user-friendly, accessible, and aligned with client expectations
- Contribute to the successful migration and implementation of client portals
What You’ll Accomplish Together
Working closely with developers, QA teams, client stakeholders, and internal partners, you will:
- Lead requirements gathering through workshops and client interactions
- Break down complex needs into clear, structured documentation
- Collaborate on solution design and estimation discussions
- Support development teams by clarifying requirements
- Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG) are applied
- Contribute to release documentation and communication
- Manage priorities across multiple projects with tight timelines

Qualifications
- 5+ years Business Analysis experience
- 5+ years web portal/digital platform experience
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements
- Agile methodology experience
- Experience working with developers and QA teams
- Client-facing experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Bilingual (French and English)
