We are seeking a driven and resourceful
Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition (Senior Recruiter) to lead full-cycle recruiting for a diverse portfolio of positions. This role supports exempt professional positions, University Rotational Program participants, and non-exempt manufacturing and operator roles.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional recruiting experience. Responsibilities - Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of exempt and non-exempt positions.
- Conduct effective intake meetings with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and establish recruiting strategies.
- Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements, timelines, and candidate expectations.
- Develop and post compelling job advertisements to attract qualified talent.
- Create and execute sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines.
- Utilize social media, networking, and other sourcing methods to identify passive candidates.
- Develop effective pre-screening questions and evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Provide regular communication and status updates to hiring managers and HR Business Partners throughout the recruitment process.
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers by providing market insights and recruiting best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Demonstrate adaptability and innovation in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
- Exercise sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism while delivering recruitment services.
- Maintain a positive, proactive, and results-oriented approach while providing an outstanding candidate experience.
Preferred Qualifications - Advanced degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience using Workday Recruit (ATS) and Phenom CRM.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in both languages.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience recruiting exempt professionals.
- Strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Demonstrated consulting skills, including the ability to question assumptions, challenge thinking, and offer alternative perspectives.
- Proven experience with social sourcing, leveraging AI in recruitment, and promoting an organization's employer brand.
