Responsibilities- Prospect consistently and build a pipeline of buyers and sellers. You'll learn and apply top-tier prospecting skills through our nationally recognized coaching model. For a bilingual agent in NWA, your prospecting reach is wider than most - use it.
- Attend appointments and show properties weekly. You'll be out in the field regularly, showing homes and walking clients through their options. For Spanish-speaking clients especially, having an agent who communicates fluently in their language makes an enormous difference in their comfort and confidence.
- Provide market analysis and guide clients through decisions. Buyers and sellers need to understand the market to make good decisions. You'll break that down clearly - in whatever language your client needs - so they feel informed, not overwhelmed.
