  • Monitor psychotherapeutic services to ensure quality care for clients
  • Consult with case management, clinical teams, and community partners
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to plan and evaluate services
  • Train and mentor staff and community service providers

Bilingual Psychologist - Fully Remote

Bakersfield, CA

Full-Time, 8:00AM-5:00PM

$130k-$150k

Role Summary

We are actively interviewing for a full-time, bilingual (Spanish/English) Psychologist to join our team in Bakersfield, California. This role offers a unique opportunity to support individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs through expert psychological services, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and the development of impactful intervention plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations in both Spanish & English.
  • Ensure that behavioral and psychological information is integrated into a multi-disciplinary report and prescriptive plan to support individuals in achieving self-sufficiency and maximizing their potential.
