Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, intellectual Adult Nurse Practitioners to join our Internal Medicine and Primary Care team in our new location in Wellington. These individuals will collaborate closely with our Medical Director and other departments in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive care to adult patients with acute and chronic conditions using a shared decision-making approach.
  • Collect, document, and maintain detailed patient histories and examination findings.
  • Diagnose health conditions and prescribe appropriate treatments, medications, therapies, and vaccinations.
  • Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests to support medical decision-making.
  • Educate patients and community members on disease prevention, lifestyle changes, and health maintenance.
  • Communicate test results and treatment plans effectively to patients.
  • Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Lead and coordinate care activities with other healthcare professionals and support staff.
  • Refer patients to appropriate specialists when necessary.
  • Participate in clinical research and contribute to continuous improvement in healthcare delivery.
  • Offer consulting services to physicians and participate in health programs when applicable.

Requirements:
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner License in the State of Florida
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing Nurse Practitioner
