Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Bilingual English/Spanish Strongly PreferredRemote • Maryland License Required • Part-time or Full-time
Many of the families we serve want therapy in Spanish. We need clinicians who can show up for them.If you're a bilingual therapist who believes culturally responsive care isn't a bonus feature but the whole point - we want to talk.
What this role looks likeYou'll carry a caseload of 15-36 sessions per week (you choose part-time or full-time) providing individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth. Most of our clinicians work weekday afternoons and evenings (2-9 PM), with weekend availability a plus.
Day-to-day you'll:
- Conduct intakes and build client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team - therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists working together
- Maintain timely documentation in our EHR
- Support families with education and care coordination, not just the child in the room

What we're looking for- Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT or LCSW-C
- Experience with children, teens, and families
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Bilingual English/Spanish - strongly preferred, not just a nice-to-have
- Grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice
