As a new team member, you will contribute to advancing Ford's reputation as a visionary vehicle and mobility services company by helping us deliver a trusted customer experience. As you progress, you will have opportunities to rotate across different areas and be considered for placement into roles aligned with your skills and business needs.

You'll be part of a team that values collaboration, learning, and growth. To support this environment and your professional development, this role follows a hybrid work model, requiring four days per week on-site at our Canadian Headquarters located in Oakville Ontario.
