- Handle family law cases in Spanish
- Communicate directly with clients-no translator needed
- Explain the legal strategy clearly in both English and Spanish

Compensation$170,000 OTE
Higher compensation is available for attorneys who are fully bilingual and have experience representing Spanish-speaking clients. Benefits, mentorship, and real career growth included.
Responsibilities• Manage your own caseload with strategy and ownership
• Represent clients in hearings, mediation, and trial
• Help families navigate high-stakes, emotional decisions
• Negotiate when possible, litigate when necessary
• Apply the Texas Family Code with confidence
• Be part of a team that works together, not in silos

Qualifications• 3+ years of contested family law experience
• Active Texas Bar license
• Strong communication and courtroom presence
Highly Preferred:• Fluent Spanish (spoken and written)
• Experience handling family law cases in Spanish
