Description
  • Lead end-to-end proposal development activities from Pursue/No-Pursue (PnP) through contract award for all D&S opportunities within the region.
  • Collaborate with capture teams to develop high-quality, compliant proposal deliverables, including executive summaries, commercial, past performance, technical, and management volumes.
  • Coordinate, execute, manage, and deliver competitive proposals aligned with defined winning themes.
  • Identify and articulate organizational discriminators that increase the probability of win.
  • Review solicitation documents (e.g., RFPs, RFIs) to understand requirements and translate customer needs into proposal strategies and content.
  • Define proposal strategies that address customer requirements in a cost-effective manner while leveraging core technologies and existing products.
  • Prepare and present proposal reviews to management.
  • Develop timely, high-quality proposals aligned with customer requirements while promoting reuse and consistency across submissions.
  • Interface with Sales, Marketing, Program Management, and engineering teams to prepare and validate proposals.
  • Prepare cost basis of estimates and support cost analysis and justification activities.
  • Identify and assess program risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with Program Management to develop program schedules.
  • Negotiate and validate workshare allocations across global sites for intercompany proposals.
  • Interface with customers as required.
  • Support growth and continuous improvement initiatives.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a high-technology industry.

Preferred Qualifications
  • General knowledge of flight simulators and/or aircraft systems.
  • Familiarity with Defense & Security (D&S) products and services.
  • Experience supporting medium-complexity bids (CAT1-CAT2).
  • Experience working in cross-functional and global environments.
