Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy, Origination & Business Development

  • Collaborate directly in defining the geographical sales strategy, comprehensive business plans, and financial forecasts for BEI clients.

  • Identify, originate, and execute new corporate and investment banking transactions, fostering a high-level strategic dialogue with clients.

  • Boost innovative investment banking opportunities jointly with BEI Bankers and specialized CIB product units.

  • Meet and exceed annual recurring revenue targets through rigorous pipeline management and deal execution.

2. Commercial Coordination & Relationship Management

  • Design, set up, and coordinate the regional BIBEC commercial plan in tandem with BEI teams and CIB product desks (including target client definition, joint visit plans, and tailored commercial event programs).

  • Act as the core institutional link between BEI Bankers and specialized CIB product teams, promoting highly fluent and transparent communication.

  • Accompany BEI bankers on targeted client visits to provide specialized technical and financial advisory services, ensuring solutions are custom-tailored to each client's specific financial profile and strategic needs.

3. Deal Execution & Support
