Full Job Description
What's the position?

Join our Financial Planning & Analysis team as a Business Intelligence Analyst where you'll transform data into strategic insights that drive business decisions.
  • Design and maintain automated revenue dashboards and reports in Tableau tracking player behavior and wagering results across multiple states for both iGaming and Sportsbook verticals.
  • Conduct variance analysis on revenue trends, translating findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Partner with FP&A to forecast revenue performance and identify growth opportunities or risks.
  • Analyze player cohorts to identify behavioral trends and predict lifetime value opportunities.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity of our revenue reporting while collaborating with our broader Finance and Accounting teams.


What are we looking for?
  • Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • 2-3 years in Business Intelligence or Quantitative Analysis
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling)
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation
  • Experience building dashboards and visualizations in Tableau
  • Strong communication skills with ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a team setting, while balancing multiple individual projects at any given time


Preferred
  • Masters Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics or related field
  • Prior Sportsbook/Casino/Online Gaming experience
  • Exposure to revenue recognition principles or FP&A processes
  • Exposure utilizing AI tools to assist or build more efficient work streams
