Full Job Description
We are looking for a Beta Ops Program Manager to own tester recruiting and onboarding for these programs. In this role, you will build the pipeline of qualified testers for all beta programs and guide them smoothly from first interest through activation across every market where Leo operates. You will work across a wide set of partners-beta program leads, user research, and field operations-to turn recruiting and onboarding into repeatable, scalable beta operations that grow with the program.

Key job responsibilities

You will own the end-to-end tester lifecycle for every internal beta program On recruiting, you will build and nurture a community of prospective participants, screen and qualify candidates, and run targeted recruitment using persona frameworks, engagement scoring, and demographic matching to assemble the right mix of testers for each program. You will balance speed and quality to keep the pipeline full while ensuring each cohort matches the study's requirements. On onboarding, you will manage the journey so approved testers move smoothly from interest through eligibility, consent, and activation, removing friction at each step and keeping testers informed and engaged. You will build and maintain the tools, forms, trackers, and communications that keep the pipeline organized, auditable, and easy for testers and partner teams to navigate.

Success in this role comes from strong operational execution, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate many moving parts without dropping any. You will define and track the metrics that show recruiting and onboarding are healthy-recruitment funnel conversion, time-to-onboard, cohort quality/match rate, and tester engagement-and you will continuously tighten processes as the program scales into new territories. The ideal candidate is a highly organized program manager who is comfortable owning operational details end to end, communicates clearly with a broad range of partners, and thrives in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment. You are energized by building the behind-the-scenes machinery that connects real testers to a brand-new connectivity product reaching customers around the world.
