  • Audit and validate benefits data and employee records during system migration
  • Assist in testing Dayforce modules, including Benefits, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Employee Self-Service
  • Develop and update process documentation and training materials related to new system workflows
  • Train HR team members and managers on Dayforce functionality and best practices
  • Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, COBRA, FMLA/LOA tracking, and open enrollment
  • Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits and resolving discrepancies
  • Provide end-user support and troubleshoot issues related to Dayforce functionality
  • Assist in report building and analytics to support HR decision-making

Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Temporary Benefits/HRIS Specialist to support the implementation and optimization of Ceridian Dayforce across our HR and Benefits functions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in benefits administration, HRIS data management, and a hands-on role in Dayforce implementations. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, process improvement skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments during the transition period.

Compensation: $35 to $45 an hour
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
