Role Summary
As a Benefits Analyst Senior, you'll play a key role in delivering and enhancing employee benefits programs that support the health, well-being, and financial security of our colleagues. You'll use data, industry insights, and your expertise to improve benefit programs, ensure compliance, and create a seamless employee experience. This role offers opportunities to lead projects, influence benefit strategy, and collaborate across the organization.
Key Accountabilities- Administer health, wellness, retirement, leave, time off, deferred compensation, and voluntary benefit programs to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely delivery.
- Analyze benefits data, utilization trends, costs, and market benchmarks to identify opportunities for program improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Monitor regulatory and legislative changes, assess business impacts, and coordinate updates to maintain compliance.
- Manage relationships with benefit vendors, including service performance, issue resolution, data validation, testing, and ongoing operational support.
- Lead Workday benefits administration activities, including benefit configuration, eligibility rules, system testing, vendor integrations, and open enrollment execution.
- Partner with HR, payroll, finance, and external partners to implement benefit enhancements, resolve complex issues, and improve colleague experience.
- Support benefit communications by developing clear educational materials and responding to complex employee and manager inquiries.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements, validating benefit data, and supporting audits, renewals, and strategic initiatives.
Education & ExperienceRequired- Associate degree in Benefits, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience administering employee benefits programs.
- Experience analyzing benefits data and interpreting plan provisions.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Preferred- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with Workday Benefits Administration.
- Knowledge of employee benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
- Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) or Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) certification.

For certain positions, total compensation may also include incentive, commission, or bonus opportunities not reflected in the posted base pay range.
$68,810.00 - $117,960.00 per year
