You Are

A benefits professional with hands-on experience supporting and administering financial benefit plans. You bring sound judgment, strong analytical capability, and the ability to manage recurring processes with accuracy and independence. You work closely with Benefits Administration, HR Legal, Finance, HR Business Partners, and external vendors to ensure our financial benefit programs run smoothly and compliantly. You are comfortable navigating complex plan rules, interpreting regulations, and supporting employees with clarity and care.

You play a key role in ensuring employees understand the design, value, and operation of Pitney Bowes' financial benefit programs and have access to accurate information, tools, and resources.

You Will
  • Support financial benefit plan administration across pensions, 401(k), Canadian retirement savings plans (RRP, RRSP, defined benefit), life insurance, financial counseling, earned wage access, and voluntary benefits (long-term care, auto/home, pet insurance).
  • Serve as primary analyst and partner with financial benefit vendors to manage SLA's, troubleshoot escalations, and ensure data integrity across HRIS and benefit platforms.
  • Manage day-to-day operations including eligibility, enrollments, file feeds, audits, and vendor coordination.
  • Review and validate plan data to ensure accuracy, identify discrepancies, and escalate risks appropriately.
  • Support annual financial-benefits cycles including open enrollment, plan updates, and regulatory changes.
  • Analyze plan performance, utilization, and trends; translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations for the Manager of Benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS regulations, pension rules, and applicable U.S. and Canadian requirements.
  • Identify process improvements and recommend operational enhancements.
  • Successfully manage multiple deadlines in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Your Background

As a Benefits Analyst, you have:
  • Three to five years of experience supporting or administering financial benefit plans (pension, retirement, savings, life insurance, voluntary benefits, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex plan documents, financial-benefit rules, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with large data sets, audits, and financial/benefits reporting.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with employees, leaders, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Workday or other HRIS systems.


Preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Residing in the Eastern or Central time zones.


Compensation: The wage range for this position is $75,000-$95,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job.
