Location: UCHealth Admin 2450 Peoria, Aurora, CO

Department: UCH CO Responder Program

Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $36.19 - $54.28 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Summary:

  • Leads development, implementation, and evaluation of behavioral health program initiatives and oversees project execution. Collaborates with stakeholders to coordinate operations, support system-wide implementation, and build awareness and utilization of programs.
Responsibilities:

  • Manages the development, implementation, and evaluation of behavioral health program initiatives; aligns work with program strategy and oversees project execution.
  • Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to support program development, coordinate operations, and advance implementation efforts.
  • Identifies and advances opportunities to increase awareness, adoption, and utilization of programs in alignment with operational priorities.
  • Partners with divisions and departments to support system-wide coordination and implementation, including participation in service improvement measurement, analysis, and planning. Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
  • Will collaborate with Zero Suicide Coordinators in the other regions to ensure a cohesive approach to Zero Suicide, will coordinate trainings, meetings and presentations with various stakeholders, will organize community engagement opportunities and partner with a variety of leaders at UCHealth to provide support around rollouts.
  • Will be in charge of data review and reporting and tasked with being an expert on Zero Suicide programs and policies, to ensure our patients are receiving safe, quality care.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Preferred: Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Social Work Candidate (SWC), Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC), Marriage and Family Counselor Candidate (MFTC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Counselor (MFT).
  • Minimum Experience: 3 years related experience.
