Your Role & ImpactThe Behavioral Health Associate triages and manages patients with medical and behavioral health problems as part of the primary care team. As part of clinical training, provides psychoeducation, assessment, intervention strategies, skill training, and develop patient-centered psychotherapy treatment plans for patients. The Behavioral Health Associate also assists primary health care providers in detecting "at risk" patients, recognizing and treating mental health conditions, and assesses the clinical status of patients to determine the most appropriate level of care.
What We're Looking For- Clinical Psychology or PhD / PsyD in Psychology from an accredited program.
Active Registration with the Board of Psychology as post-doctoral pre-licensed psychologist
• Computer proficiency, particularly with Electronic Health/Medical Record systems and the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

The pay range for a licensed clinician is $70,304 to $105,456
