Full Job Description
Providence Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Behavioral Health Clinician to join our integrated primary care team in Chehalis, Washington. This unique opportunity combines direct patient care with involvement in a respected Family Medicine Residency Program, allowing you to help shape the next generation of physicians while making a meaningful impact in a rural community.

Working alongside primary care physicians, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, and behavioral health colleagues, you will provide evidence based behavioral health services through an integrated care model that emphasizes warm handoffs, team collaboration, and whole person care.

Where You'll Work

The Providence St. Peter Family Medicine Chehalis Rural Training Program is an accredited program operated in affiliation with the University of Washington Network of Family Practice residencies. The residency is an approved site for both National Healthcare Service Corps and Washington Student Achievement Council student-loan repayment programs. A tight-knit staff dedicated to caring for an underserved rural population has earned the Rural Training Program a National Committee for Quality Assurance Level 3 recognition.
