Providence Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Behavioral Health Clinician to join our integrated primary care team in Chehalis, Washington. Working alongside primary care physicians, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, and behavioral health colleagues, you will provide evidence based behavioral health services through an integrated care model that emphasizes warm handoffs, team collaboration, and whole person care.

- Qualifications
- LCSW, LMHC, or Psychologist
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred

- Compensation is between $96,900 and $144,064 per year
Where You'll Work The Providence St. Peter Family Medicine Chehalis Rural Training Program is an accredited program operated in affiliation with the University of Washington Network of Family Practice residencies. The residency is an approved site for both National Healthcare Service Corps and Washington Student Achievement Council student-loan repayment programs. A tight-knit staff dedicated to caring for an underserved rural population has earned the Rural Training Program a National Committee for Quality Assurance Level 3 recognition.
