Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field required.
• LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) licensure required.
• Experience in a behavioral health setting essential.
• Supervisory experience preferred, indicating leadership potential.
• Strong understanding of emergency department processes required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily crisis activities in both adult and pediatric emergency department and medical floor.
• Identify clients requiring evaluations and assign them to appropriate clinicians.
• Provide case consultation and individual supervision to designated staff.
• Serve as a clinical resource for Behavioral Health patients and aid in staff orientations.
• Coordinate patient care through collaboration with nursing and interdisciplinary teams.
• Advocate for patients and families throughout clinical care processes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
