Full Job Description
As a Behavior Analyst at Dungarvin, you will provide direct clinical support within our adult day programs in Fairfield and Vacaville. This role is hands-on and collaborative, giving you the opportunity to design behavior supports, work closely with staff and families, and see progress reflected in people's daily lives.

You'll apply your clinical expertise in community-based settings rather than a clinic-only environment, supporting independence, confidence, and connection across home, work, and community experiences.

  • Full wage scale: $89,187 - $96,749.13 (Future increases within the posted range are based on tenure and performance per Dungarvin's compensation guidelines.)

Job Description

What You'll Do
  • Implement and monitor systems that support people who are engaging in challenging behaviors.
  • Participate as a team member in order to facilitate enriched quality of life, desired lifestyles, increased levels of independence and productivity, and social/physical integration.
  • Provide direct clinical services as well as review behavioral staff reports/plans.
  • Participate as a member of our professional interdisciplinary clinical team which provides assessments, intervention strategies, and consultation for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Analyst who meets one of the following credentialing pathways:

Option 1: BCBA Track
  • Certification: Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.

Option 2: Licensing Track
  • License: Current Licensed Psychologist (LP), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or any other licensed professional whose California licensure permits the design and/or implementation of behavior modification intervention services.
  • Education: Completion of 12 units of ABA coursework from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the design and implementation of behavior modification intervention services.

General Requirements (all candidates):
  • Education: Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related clinical field.
  • Core Skills: Strong analytical, administrative, and interpersonal skills. You must be able to work collaboratively while maintaining high clinical standards.
  • Logistics: A valid driver's license and active auto insurance.
