We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in Riverview, FL!

  • An average of just 5 clients per BCBA, so you can focus on quality care

  • 20% dedicated supervision time — because strong teams need strong leadership

  • A primarily clinic-based setting for collaboration and consistency

  • One work-from-home day per week (after comps & 25 billable hours)

  • Monday to Friday (No weekends — ever)

  • $85K–$102K/year between salary + monthly bonus plans

  • Sign-on bonus or relocation assistance: $5,000

Qualifications
  • Must be licensed as a BCBA.
