Beauty Partnerships Manager

The Role

We're hiring a Director of Partnerships to build a pipeline through relationships, events, and network, not cold outbound. This person will operate at the same level as our Sales Directors, reporting to the VP of Sales. They'll be the face of Influur in rooms where we don't yet have a presence, leveraging an existing network across the influencer, media, and agency spaces to generate a warm pipeline that converts.

This is a solo seat to start, with Partnership Associates added as volume grows. The role is opportunistic on verticals, with expertise in Beauty, and is measured on partnership-sourced pipeline that becomes revenue.

How You'll Generate Pipeline
• Host quarterly vertical-specific webinars featuring existing Influur clients
• Attend and network at industry events (F1, FIFA, creator economy moments)
• Build agency and vendor partnerships that generate warm referrals
• Run intimate dinners with prospect decision-makers and founders
• Leverage Fefi's and Paula's founder network into structured pipeline

What We're Looking For

  1. Existing networks in influencer, media, or agency space, this is the primary qualification. The rest can be taught. You should be able to name 20 people you'd call in week one.
