- Outbound Execution: Work unsold traffic, missed opportunities, and service-to-sales opportunities
- Multi-Channel Communication: Phone, text, and email with speed, professionalism, and persistence
- Appointment Quality: Not just setting-setting appointments that show and sell
- Follow-Up Discipline: Relentless, structured follow-up that drives results
- CRM Mastery: Accurate notes, pipeline tracking, and task management
Requirements
What We're Looking For- 1+ years experience in BDC, Auto Sales or Call Center Required
- Strong phone presence with the ability to control conversations and overcome objections
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Self-motivated with a production mindset-not just activity-based work
- Comfortable with CRM tools (VinSolutions, Dealertrack, etc.) preferred
Compensation- Hourly + Commission Structure
- On-Target Earnings: $72,000 - $120,000.00 (based on experience and performance)
- No cap for high performers
