Kunes Lakes Chevrolet is seeking an experienced Automotive BDC Manager (also known as an Internet Director or BDC Director in some dealerships), to lead and grow our Business Development Center (BDC) and Internet Sales Department.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the BDC and Internet Sales Department.
  • Develop, coach, and motivate BDC representatives to exceed performance goals.
  • Manage all internet, phone, text, chat, and digital lead activity.
  • Ensure rapid response times and consistent follow-up using DriveCentric CRM.
  • Monitor lead conversion, appointment set and show rates, sold percentages, and CSI performance.
  • Create accountability through daily reporting, coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Work closely with the Sales Managers to maximize appointments, showroom traffic, and sales opportunities.
  • Implement best practices for lead handling, phone processes, texting, and customer communication.
  • Analyze reports and KPIs to improve department performance.
  • Recruit, train, and develop top BDC talent.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction while achieving dealership sales objectives.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of automotive BDC or Internet Sales leadership experience required
  • Hands-on experience with DriveCentric CRM strongly preferred
  • Chevrolet or General Motors dealership experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven success managing a high-volume automotive lead operation.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience with CRM reporting, analytics, and performance metrics.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, internet leads, and lead generation.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.


Compensation and Benefits
  • Compensation: $6,000-$12,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
