Key Responsibilities

Manage and coach a team of BDC representatives to achieve appointment, sales, and customer satisfaction goals

Compensation and Growth

Earning Potential: $100k - $200k+ annually (base salary plus bonuses)
Experience Required: Prior BDC or call center management experience in the automotive industry preferred
