STEPS Behavioral Health of Maryland is on the lookout for a rockstar BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) to join our awesome, supportive, and growing crew! This is a part-time or full-time in person gig with plenty of flexibility and growth opportunities. You must be willing to travel in to MD for 25 % in person requirement.

  • Hourly: $80-$95
  • Salary: $85,000-$110,000/year
  • Yep-we pay you for both client time and admin time. Win-win.
