Behavioral Innovations is Growing -Now Hiring for a Sr. Director Clinical Services in Cockeysville, Maryland for our brand-new location!

Compensation & Incentives
  • Competitive Salary: Earn between $98,500 - $111,500, reflecting your skills and experience.

Qualifications:
  • Required: Master or Doctorate Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Required: Licensed Professional as per state guidelines (if applicable).
  • Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines.
  • Required: Must be a licensed BCBA for at least one and a half years.
