Why we are center-based and why we're direct about it.
  • We don't offer hybrid or home-based. The clinicians who grow fastest do it through real-time coaching, daily peer collaboration, and immediate access to senior clinical leadership. That requires being in the center.
  • If schedule flexibility is your top priority, this role isn't the right fit.
  • If becoming a stronger clinician with defined career growth is, then let's chat.

You need:
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Maryland licensure (or eligibility prior to start)
