BCBA / Assistant Clinical Director Location: Merrimack Valley & North Shore, Massachusetts

The
NEEDS Center is seeking a dedicated
Assistant Clinical Director / Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee and enhance the quality of our
residential and center-based programs for adults with
developmental disabilities, with a primary focus on
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role provides an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by leading clinical services and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based interventions.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment and behavior support plans for an assigned caseload.
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Provide training, support, and feedback to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to help manage challenging behaviors and teach appropriate replacement behaviors.
- Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Functional Analyses (FA) for individuals exhibiting challenging behaviors.
- Analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness, recommend improvements, and ensure continued progress.
Qualifications: - Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education).
- Current BCBA certification/license (required).
- At least three (2) years of experience in an ABA-based setting, providing clinical services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Proven experience in:
- Conducting functional behavior assessments.
- Developing and implementing behavior support plans.
- Creating program materials and training staff.
- Supervising direct service providers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Mac and PC, including software such as Excel, Word, and other program-related tools.
- Valid driver's license required.

Annual Salary : $85,000-$95,000 based on experience.
