BCBA / Assistant Clinical Director

Location: Merrimack Valley & North Shore, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Full-Time

The NEEDS Center is seeking a dedicated Assistant Clinical Director / Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee and enhance the quality of our residential and center-based programs for adults with developmental disabilities, with a primary focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role provides an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by leading clinical services and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment and behavior support plans for an assigned caseload.

  • Proven experience in:
    • Conducting functional behavior assessments.
    • Developing and implementing behavior support plans.
    • Creating program materials and training staff.
    • Supervising direct service providers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Mac and PC, including software such as Excel, Word, and other program-related tools.
  • Valid driver's license required.
