- Current Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB
- Two (2) years of BCBA experience preferred
- Strong clinical leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for providing family-centered, evidence-based ABA therapy
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations
- Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs)
- Mentor Behavior Analysts in Training (BATs) and BCaBAs
- Monitor client progress through data-driven decision-making and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Provide parent and caregiver education to promote success across environments
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Nursing, and other disciplines to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and organizational standards
