Your RoleAs a BCBA at Illuminate, you'll lead the clinical side of care - developing and overseeing ABA treatment plans, mentoring behavior technicians and case supervisors, and guiding families through meaningful progress. You'll partner closely with the State Director while helping shape high-quality, compassionate services for every client.

What You'll Do- Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans
- Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors
- Conduct FBAs, update client programs, and track progress
- Provide parent coaching and support
- Maintain quality documentation and reports
- Mentor staff and lead monthly training sessions
- Stay current with research and share best practices with the team
What You BringRequired:
- Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
- BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional)
- Must be credentialed with TMHP (Texas Medicaid Health Plan), Texas Children's, UHC, & Well point
- Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
Preferred:
- 2+ years in Applied Behavior Analysis working in a remote environment
- Experience developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans
- Previous work as a Behavior Technician or Case Supervisor
