Are you a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking for a role that prioritizes clinical quality, flexibility, and professional growth?

Devereux is hiring BCBAs in Santa Barbara, California.  A $3,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide behavioral support services to individuals under our care.
  • Conduct appropriate assessments, including Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs).
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
  • Serve as a member of a multi-disciplinary treatment team, delivering care appropriate to the ages and populations served.
  • Instruct staff, family members, and/or legal guardians on how to implement BSPs through face-to-face instruction, role modeling, and coaching.
  • Ensure proper documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide supervision to Registered Behavioral Technicians/RBTs.

Certification: BCBA certification required.
