Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Associate Clinical Supervisor of Behavioral Services-Hybrid Location: Hybrid - In-Person - Santa Monica, CA and surrounding WLA areas (Service 30mile radius)
Salary: $90,000-$110,000/year (DOE)
The OpportunityWe're seeking a
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative and supportive team in a
hybrid capacity, combining both in-person and remote work. You'll lead with compassion and expertise while making a lasting impact on the families we serve.
What You'll Do- Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles.
- Provide supervision and oversight of 1:1 therapy across home, school, clinic, and telehealth settings.
- Conduct assessments, analyze data, and guide behavior intervention plans.
- Lead Adaptive Skills Team (AST) meetings and parent education sessions.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (Speech, OT, PT, School Staff).
- Support new case launches, hiring initiatives, and cross-department communication.
- Maintain 30 billable clinical hours weekly within a 40-hour workweek.

About Your Caseload & Support- Assignments: Clients placed within 30 miles of your home base.
- Administrative Support: Dedicated systems and templates-no unpaid admin hours.
- 1:1 Clinical Mentorship: Direct access to BCBA leadership for ongoing guidance.
- Collaborative Environment: Team-based communication and multidisciplinary integration.
What We're Looking For- Master's Degree in ABA or a related field
- Active BCBA Certification
- 2+ years of supervisory or clinical experience
- Bilingual (a plus)
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and active auto insurance
- DOJ/FBI clearance and TB test
Nice to Haves- Experience supervising BTs, RBTs, BCaBAs, or graduate students
- Familiarity with CentralReach, CodeMetro, or Rethink
- Experience providing in-home, school-based, or community ABA services
- Passion for mentorship and professional development
- Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive care
- Interest in Saturday social skills groups or community-based learning

$90,000 - $110,000 a year
Pay range is based on experience, with higher compensation offered for candidates with advanced certifications or extensive experience.
