Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 annually

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 for qualified candidates

The BCBA Clinical Supervisor (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) leads clinical oversight, ABA therapy program quality, and supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across home, school, and clinic settings. You'll ensure high-quality, client-centered care by implementing evidence-based interventions, monitoring data collection and progress, and collaborating with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams.

As a BCBA Clinical Supervisor, you will conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), provide ongoing RBT supervision per BACB standards, and maintain timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and payer guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications
