BCBA Center and Home Based: Richmond VA

Job Summary:

As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in our mission by providing clinical supervision, parent training, and treatment planning to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are seeking a passionate and experienced BCBA to join our team of professionals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and indirect supervision of Behavior Technicians (BT)
  • Offer direct and indirect parent training at clients' homes
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' overall performance
  • Design curriculum, interventions, and behavioral plans for individual clients based on assessment results and data analysis using the Catalyst application
  • Report summaries of clients' progress, supervision, parent training, and treatment planning regularly

Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • BCBA certification
  • VA LBA
  • Strong clinical knowledge and experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals and parents to support clients
