Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Qualifications & Responsibilities:- Master9s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Current Texas license as an LBA and certified by the BACB as a BCBA
- 2 years of experience as a BCBA preferred
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Mentor Behavior Analysts in Training (BATs) and BCaBAs
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care
