Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology or related field required
Valid BCBA certification and licensure in applicable states required
Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth behavioral assessments and design individualized intervention plans
Supervise and mentor RBTs, Fellows, and new BCBAs
Collaborate with OTs, SLP, and Psychologists to provide interdisciplinary care
Work in a fully equipped center with therapy rooms, gross motor areas, and play spaces
