Position Summary

AWA is seeking a collaborative BCBA / Clinical Lead to oversee clinical services in our in-center ABA program. This role provides clinical leadership, supports Behavior Technicians, partners with families, and ensures individualized, assent-based, and data-driven care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment.
  • Provide daily guidance, coaching, and clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians.
  • Develop and oversee individualized, assent-based behavior plans.
  • Conduct scheduled, on-site parent training sessions.
  • Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with professional standards.
  • Promote ethical, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming practices.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification and required Oregon licensure.
  • Experience with clinical supervision, treatment planning, and ABA service delivery.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
