A BCBA Role Built Around Clinical Quality - Not Just Caseloads

Board Certified Behavior Analyst | Behavioral Innovations | NAME Treatment Center

For over 25 years, Behavioral Innovations has been a trusted provider of compassionate ABA therapy. Our vision is to be the #1 trusted resource for all individuals with autism. We're looking for a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) who shares our passion for creating meaningful change and delivering excellence in care.

What Sets Behavioral Innovations Apart

A Clinician-First Model - We structure our centers so BCBAs can focus on clinical quality...not administrative overload. With centralized support for intake, authorizations, billing, and recruiting, you're able to prioritize supervision, programming, and family collaboration.

Sustainable Caseloads - We believe strong outcomes require manageable caseloads and protected time for supervision, training, and collaboration.

Structured Onboarding - Every BCBA receives a customized onboarding plan and dedicated ramp-up support, so you feel confident (not overwhelmed) in your first weeks.

Leadership That Understands ABA - Our leadership team includes experienced BCBAs who remain actively involved in clinical direction and decision-making.

Clear Growth Pathways - Whether your goal is senior clinical leadership, center leadership, or mentorship, we provide defined pathways to help you grow intentionally.
