Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and help lead our Adult Supported Living Services team in Orange County!
We are seeking a
dedicated and experienced BCBA - Adult Services to oversee behavioral services, supervise staff, and ensure the highest standard of person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, supervise, and evaluate behavior intervention programs using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Conduct comprehensive functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting to track client progress.
- Ensure all clinical documentation complies with HIPAA and IABA standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and community partners to coordinate care.
- Provide supervision and training to Behavior Respite Companions and Day Program (Employment/Job Coaches) and support staff.
- Manage clinical operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance.
- Participate in Regional Center meetings and maintain strong community relationships.
- Prepare and manage contracts, billing reports, and budget projections.
- Lead monthly group supervision meetings with consultants.
RequirementsQualifications- Master's degree (M.A.) in Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or progress toward certification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in human services, including 2 years in management or supervision.
- Strong background in non-aversive behavior modification and Functional Assessments.
- Experience providing community-based, individualized training for adults with developmental disabilities.
Requirements- Valid California Driver's License, DMV report, and proof of insurance.
- Ability to pass DOJ and FBI background checks.
- Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs and assist individuals with mobility (e.g., transfers, walking support).
