What You'll Do- Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments.
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Analyze data and adjust treatment programs based on client progress.
- Collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and interdisciplinary providers.
- Conduct caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
- Ensure compliance with the BACB Ethics Code, funding source requirements, and state regulations.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Who We're Looking For- Current BCBA certification through the BACB.
- Eligible for Minnesota licensure (or willingness to obtain prior to start date).
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Strong clinical decision-making and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Passion for providing high-quality, family-centered ABA services.
- At least 1 year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
- Hands-on experience conducting VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, and FBA assessments.
- Knowledge of DTT, ESDM, NET, and verbal behavior (VB) methodologies is a plus!
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field (Behavior Analysis emphasis preferred
- 1-3 years of experience as a BCBA preferred
- Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Good problem-solving skills as well as the ability to take direction and work well within a team
- Physically able to respond quickly from any position, walk quickly or jog short distances, stand on feet for a minimum of 15 minutes, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must pass background check
