Overview

HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our ABA team in Hampton, VA!

 

What We Offer:Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000/year (base salary + monthly performance bonuses)• Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time options available. Monday-Friday - Sessions typically end by 6:00 PM• Comprehensive Benefits packages: Full-Time benefits include Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), generous PTO, paid CEUs, and more!   • Assist in implementation and development of functional behavior assessments and evidence-based treatment plans (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland)
  • Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
  • Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
  • Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews
