Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Ensure stable manufacturing processes in Pack/Module pilot production line, hitting target yield, capabilities, throughput, and OEE.
- Collaborate with Quality and other teams on control plans and in-process quality checks.
- Support initial process qualification, drive continuous improvement, and facilitate problem-solving using quality tools.
- Develop and maintain process documents, conduct training for production employees.
Required Qualifications: - 5 + years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, preferably in Pack/Module assembly processes.
- BS/MS/PhD in Mechanical/Industrial/Chemical/Materials Engineering.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 + 15% bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
