Full Job Description
Service Controls Technical Lead

The Service Controls Technical lead position will be responsible for providing technical leadership to the Houston service team on both sales and field operations. The technical leader will also be responsible for leading the execution of all service work including the responding, scheduling, and performing all service requests and maintenance agreements in the Houston area. Responsibilities to include:
  • Leads the execution efforts of assigned service business which is to include warranty-related customer issues
  • Manage and prioritize the day-to-day scheduling of service work for the service team
  • Assist owner-direct sales with technical aspects of bids and proposal and attend site walks as needed.
  • Perform and manage active maintenance and preventive maintenance agreements.
  • Responsible for the onboarding and the technical development of service controls technicians
  • Working with sales and management to manage customer relationship development and satisfaction.
  • Work with the Houston BAS manager to manage and coordinate all small service projects
  • Keeps customer informed of job and service progress and issues during the commissioning of the system.
  • Performs system training for owner and operators on the building control system.
  • Continued training to maintain a high level of Tridium knowledge
  • Continued training to maintain a high level of Siemens and Distech control systems
