Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or technical school certification preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year as a Certified Red Seal Electrical Journeyperson with computer skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledgeable in the Canadian Electrical Code; FSR-B is beneficial.
• Familiar with Wireshark and network captures.
• Credentials such as BCEM or SEMAC are advantageous.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Understand building mechanical, electrical, and control systems including BAS controls.
• Communicate effectively and promptly with clients and team members.
• Ensure total customer satisfaction internally and externally.
• Conduct site-specific training for owner/operator on equipment.
• Resolve conflicts professionally and expediently.
• Perform system startups, network connections, and modify graphics interfaces.
• Conduct point-to-point functional testing of systems and maintain documentation.
