At The Westin St. Louis, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences that leave our guests feeling renewed and inspired. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic Banquet Captain to join our dynamic team.

 

As a Banquet Captain, you will play a key leadership role in bringing our events to life. You will be responsible for overseeing the execution of banquet functions, ensuring each event is delivered flawlessly and reflects the elevated standards of the Westin brand. Your ability to lead with professionalism, communicate effectively, and anticipate guest needs will be essential in creating memorable experiences.

Qualifications
  • One year banquet attendant/server experience 
  • Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service and catering operations
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid driver's license, where applicable
