Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee bankruptcy cases from initiation to resolution
- Conduct legal research and analysis

- Prepare and file necessary legal documents
- Represent clients in bankruptcy court proceedings
Requirements: - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in PA
- Prior experience handling bankruptcy cases
