Our challenge
We are looking for a Senior Java Back End developer to support our banking client. Needing at least seven years of experience and previous banking experience is highly desired. Build the microservices layer connecting the blockchain platform to core enterprise systems.
Additional Information*
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Irving, TX/Jersey City, NJ is$110k - $118k/year & benefits (see below).
The Role
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement APIs/microservices integrating on-chain and off-chain systems.
- Build services for transaction orchestration, reconciliation, and event processing.
- Ensure scalability and resilience of the services layer.
Requirements:
- 7+ years backend development (Java, Node.js, Python, or Go).
- Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, Pub/Sub).
- API design and microservices best practices.
- Cloud-native development experience (GCP preferred).
Preferred, but not required:
- Experience inWeb3 and blockchain application development.
